Cat.4 Intelligent Terminal Chip

ASR1806 is a highly integrated 4G baseband–RF SoC built on a mature 22 nm process, integrating RF and memory. It features an ARM Cortex-A7 processor running at up to 1.5 GHz, supports frequency bands from 450 MHz to 2.7 GHz, and is compatible with LPDDR2/LPDDR3 memory with a 16-bit interface. The chip supports applications in a SELinux environment. The ASR1806E variant is AEC-Q100 certified, making it suitable for applications such as financial POS terminals and in-vehicle communications.
